Es ist immer wieder toll zu sehen, wie diese Kaktee blüht. Und die Blüten sind, im Gegensatz zum Rest der Pflanze, sehr zart und empfindlich.

My mom had one of these. She called it the wedding cactus, because it was customary to give one in bloom to people on their marriage day since they tend to flower pretty faithfully on the same day each year. You did a beautiful job with the light here, Klaus. It's as soft as a caress.

Das stimmt wohl. Ich hatte erst zweimal in den letzten Jahren Gelegenheit, die Blüten zu fotografieren. Und das, obwohl die Kaktee schon weit über 25 Jahre alt ist...

Sieht man hier sehr gut...ich mag die Sanftheit der Aufnahme und die warmen Farben!

Wie ich Annalie schon geschrieben habe, bewirkt das Licht der Nachmittagssonne hier die Farbtöne. Und dann kommt hinzu, dass ich im Makrobereich bei ISO100 1/2000 Sekunde wählen musste, sonst wäre das nichts geworden.
Aber - das mit der Genügsamkeit stimmt!
