Anyone want some snow?

Where the Council snowplough came to a standstill this morning, no longer able to move - bailed out eventually by a farmer with a forklift tractor...how come Scandinavia, Switzerland, Canada, and all the others can cope with several feet of the stuff, and Britain gets 18 inches and comes to a halt???? Absolutely pathetic!
