Na ja, bei kürzeren Strecken sicher. Aber Musik brauche ich für gerade die längeren Läufe, über 2 Stunden. Und da muss ich schon zwangsläufig die Schnelligkeit zurücknehmen. Da braucht's dieses rhythmisch-gleichförmige, was einen vorantreibt.
