Dreaming Dog - Nikon D750 - Nikon Fuwatto Soft Focus 90mm f/4.8
Dreaming Dog
Culver City, Los Angeles County, California
I recently bought a Nikon fun fun lens to play with. This lens can be configured as either the Gugutto Macro 120mm f/4.5, or the Fuwatto Soft Focus 90mm f/4.8.
For this experimental shot it was configured as the Fuwatto Soft Focus lens. I manually focus the lens on Blue's eye. The focus indicator in the D750 works great even though it is soft. The result seems somewhat ethereal, not an effect I think I will use a lot, but nice to have in ones arsenal. I put the D750 in A (apereture priorty) mode and the camera adjusts the ISO and shutter speed as needed.
camera: Nikon D750 DSLR
lens: Nikon Fuwatto Soft Focus 90mm f/4.8
filter: none
support: hand held
software: ACDSee Pro 8 Ultimate (64 bit)
