Easton Lodge, Little Easton, Essex (Demolished)

In 1918 the countess's pet monkey was supposedly ill, wrapped up in a blanket in front of the fire. Blanket catches light, monkey runs around house, house burns down. This card must be prior to that, as the main part of the house was never rebuilt.
