Saturday Self-Challenge 25.04.2020 "Take a picture of a permanent architectural detail INSIDE your home" The quarter where I live was hardly spared during the second world war. The bombs that fell in the old town also hit the other side of the river Main. The foundation walls are estimated to be from the 1800 century. In any case, they are said to be older than some of the neighboring museums. Accordingly old is the attic which fortunately has not experienced a firestorm. The bricks have been replaced about 30 years ago. The windows were replaced about 15 years ago and had to be made according to the preservation order. From this attic, is my photo for today.
