our newly sorted, colour coded freezer bags

Each bag is a little smaller than a pillow case and has a velcro closure. Each bag is a different colour and/or pattern. A swatch of each bag's fabric is stuck to a magnet, and these are on a white board by the freezer. The bags with stars need to go first. This replaces our old system of BIG bags (one for each sort of meat) which was okay except we couldn't lift the bags when they were full!
