There are only 26 days left until the Vertical Up in Kitzbühel (Tyrol, Austria). So now it's time to make a bit of an effort in training! (Best training time last year 1h18:33)

I therefore added another 400 metres in altitude (see PiP).

Bis zum Vertical Up in Kitzbühel (Tirol, Österreich) sind es nur noch 26 Tage. Da heißt es nun: ein bisserl anstrengen beim Training! (Beste Trainingszeit im Vorjahr 1h18:33)

Danke. Es ging ziemlich gut heute. Lag wohl am Rotwein gestern Abend. ;-))

Bin deshalb noch mal mit der Gondel runter zur Mittelstation und die letzten 400 Höhenmeter erneut zu Fuß rauf. Insgesamt 2h:00:26 für 1.340 Höhenmeter. Das ist ein neuer persönlicher Benchmark. Bin zufrieden - aber jetzt auch ziemlich geschafft.
