This is taken at a wild area in the centre of Cardiff, the locals regularly take walks around the paths and have taken to leaving birdseed on the top of the posts used for the fencing, a number of the posts have small horizontal capping just for this purpose,. This results in the birds having little if any fear of humans so they come closer than most places
