I can't say I ever understood the attraction to camper vans? Kind of small for roughing it two weeks out of the year ... and kind of awkward to drive the other 50 weeks! :-) You did find two I haven't seen before!

I go camping from time-to-time, but I usually take a tent and my truck with the topper. Nice weather and I sleep in the tent and if it rains ... I sleep in the truck. It's just that I have something I haul a lot of other stuff in between camping trips. :-)

Camping In South Dakota

I've got a newer truck than this now with the same setup. The photo was taken the night after the tornado went through the area. We slept n the truck that night. The tent with all our gear in it was jumping up and down!
