My country is sharply split by an ominous chasm. Rejoining the two opposing sides will require a bridge of hope and faith. This photo was taken by an Asahi Pentax 6 X 7 medium format film camera and Super-Multi-Coated Takumar/6X7 1:4.5/75mm lens with a HOYA HMC 82mm O[G] filter using Ilford XP2 Super 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

The effect of events unfolding during the past week have altered the political landscape of my country dramatically. The abrupt change has also left clouds of uncertainty on the horizon.
