This statue by sculptor Joaquim Machado de Castro was inaugurated in June 6, 1775 and it was the first equestrian statue held in Portugal.

House Fraga is framed in natural landscape and it was adapted from the existing granite stone in the late 19th century.
César Alfredo Henriques remained in the house for two years to treat with success his illness -the tuberculosis.
