Even through rain and cold, spring is coming and nothing can stop it!

When we were crossing the bridge Alexandre III - one of the most beautiful in Paris - I indulged myself into a very touristic behavior, shooting the Tour Eiffet for a few minutes, laughing at myself, but unable to resist (I go very often to Paris, therefore usually, when there, I feel more parisian than tourist...). Now, I feel glad that I could take this picture.

L'automne et le printemps en hiver....

Today was one of the most horrific moments in my life - for moments not concerning my family but outer events - . Like many of my french or french speaking friends, I have tonight a feeling of heavy sorrow. I have lost very old friends. I loved their work, their cartoons, their witt and impertinence. Hate will never win, let's stand up to show the killers that we were not kneeled down. Twelve families have lost today one of their member. I share their sorrow... I bow in front of the courage of them all, cartoonist, employees, cops... .

Two days ago, a late walk offered me the vision of a bluffing Sunset thanks to a cloudy sky. Il y a deux jours, balade tardive dans le Jura et coucher de soleil spectaculaire autant qu'interminable... Et en prime, l'avion.

Something about how exquisite is an autumn rose. Sweet gift from my garden.

all from my own garden ... except for the plums, stolen in the neighbors' garden. A swiss brand of plums, absolutely great for the pies...

Trop classique, mais après tout, je l'aime bien... doux camaïeux de gris-bleu et d'ocre. A little bit too classical for my taste, but I like it nevertheless.

No sunflower was harmed in the making of this picture. And no photoshop was used either.

Sweet peas are a pure delight, visually, first, and later in your plate after a brief cooking and a little fresh butter... My garden is not easy going, but peas seems to adapt very well. Les joies du jardinage... la récompense après l'effort et tout ça...

Cooking needs a little bit of imagination. Sometimes, it goes far beyond what one could expected ... and very far of cooking. En cuisine, parfois, l'imaginaire prend le mors aux dents....

Ma persona virtuelle... très rarement aussi élégante. Ou : ma vie chez les avatars. Qui, non, ne sont pas tous bleus, extraterrestres et écolos.
