c.1700, with later 18th-century wrought iron railings. Presumably the ground-floor and first-floor windows originally had mullions and transoms (although possibly wooden ones, unlike the stone mullions of the blocked windows in the basement). The lintels of the windows have been incised in imitation of flat arches.
