Its a puddle (only there after heavy rain) on a footpath leading from the first parking area on The Burway leading to The Devil's Mouth rock outcrop. The path is 3 to 4 feet wide. The low POV and a 10mm lens makes the puddle look larger than it is. The Burway is to the left and Townbrook Valley to the right. I've added the location map.

It certainly looks good with the reflections! The first time I encountered puddles like this I tried to walk around them but I quickly learnt just to splash through;-)
