Thank you very much for your lovely compliment, Christiane. :-) Yes, the pretty flower in your lovely photo is a Teasle (Dipsacus), and I am very fond of those. :-)

You are a real encyclopedia, Dean ! (:o)) and you might be able to help me. During my last walk with the dogs I picked up some lovely little plants that I've never seen before. The rather large leaves are green and white. It's very decorative... and I wonder if it's going to flower in Spring... I also should take a picture and show you for a possible identification...

Ok, Christiane, thanks for that, and good luck trying that. Ha ha, I'm not great on computers, either, so I know what you mean. I shall now tell you of a few little mistakes you made in your most recent text: Where you wrote: they aren't good enough to post them on Ipernity, it should have been either, they aren't good enough to be posted on Ipernity, or, they aren't good enough to post on Ipernity. So, to be posted, or, to post, either is ok:-). The other one was where you wrote: but I am not as good with computer than with languages(:o)), it should read, but I am not as good with computers as with languages (:o)). So, as is the correct preposition in that sentence, as opposed to than. I hope I've explained that well enough. :-)
