I can see the difference a bit here, black feet and a smaller neck. Is that the difference between ordinary egrets and these cattle egrets?

Cattle egrets follow horses or cattle around. They are smaller than great white egrets. They have a yellow bill where a little egret has a black bill and yes the little egrets have yellow feet compared to the black feet shown here.
