Maeluk ^club has replied to Jenny McIntyre ^club

The lighthouse is in private ownership now and they are not allowed to show a light. The port authorities reckon it would confuse shipping now. The river is controlled by radar these days. The lighthouse owner at one time tried to make it a honeymoon destination although what bride would want to climb a ladder then the fixed ladder up into it I don't know. There is a bedroom and tv in the main living area in it.
