N'Dowe at the age of 4 years.

Dieses Bild mag ich so, weil die ganze Szene einfach schnön war. Undi war (für ihre Verhältnisse) ausgesprochen zufrieden und hat das Spiel mit den Kindern sichtlich genossen. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I like this picture very much because the scene was so lovely. Undi - my favourite of the gorilla family at Wilhelma (zoo of Stuttgart, Germany) - was quite content and enjoyed playing with the youngsters.

Daumenlutschen ist offensichtlich über die Artgrenzen hinweg gebräuchlich...

N'Bia und N'Dowe - kurz vor ihrer Abreise nach Frankreich... :'-(( ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- N'Bia and N'Dowe (two youngsters from the Wilhelma nursery), whom I loved dearly. The photo was taken shortly before they left Stuttgart and went to France. They fared ill there; N'Bia died, and N'Dowe came back in May 2008, only just in time for his life to be saved.

Lina präsentiert mir ihr Baby (geboren 29. 11. 2007) regelrecht. Und sie lächelt so stolz... :-) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lina actually presents her baby daughter (born November 29, 2007) to me. And look at her proud smile... :-)

Die Pfütze, die dieser kleine Gorilla da aufleckt, hat er selber gemacht...

Mary ist erst ein Dreivierteljahr alt, aber sie kann schon toll klettern. Und es macht ihr sichtlich Spaß. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mary is merely 9 months old, but she climbs very well. And she visibly likes it. :-)
