Hackfleischpastete II
Milch und Eigelb verquirlen, Rand damit bestreichen. Pasteten mit den anderen beiden Platten bedecken. Den Rand fest andrücken, in der Mitte ein Loch schneiden (damit Feuchtigkeit entweichen kann) - siehe Foto oben - und mit einer Gabel ritzen.
