Much like its companion Mad - which of course survived as a magazine - Panic was a satire comic published by E.C. Comics and even boasted the similar slogan, "humor in a varicose vein."
This November 1954 issue spoofed the movie "How To Marry a Millionaire" starring Marilyn Monroe, Betty Grable and Lauren Bacall. As if that wasn't enough, it sports a very unusual cover by Al Feldstein featuring a horizontal layout!
