Denizen of the Andes (Explored)

Denizen of the Andes (Explored)
Llamas were domesticated by the Incans and used as beasts of burden, to produce wool and in sacrificial rites.

Machu Picchu is believed to be the estate of a 15th-century Incan emperor. It is located at an altitude of 7,970 feet (2,430 meters) in the Andes mountains of Peru.

Esther, last night there was a very cool documentary about Machu Picchu on t.v. It was really cool! Those Incas were very smart people that many years ago. I would like to see our society do what they did with no damage to the earth!

I wish that I had seen it. There is so much mystery about the Incan civilization because despite its advanced culture, it never developed a written language.
