Ribblehead Viaduct, Yorkshire, England

Ribblehead Viaduct, Yorkshire, England
A Northern Rail 158 evening service passes over the 24 arches of this spectacular viaduct which makes a dramatic statement across this remote wild spot across the moors, in which up to a 100 Navvies died during it's 4 year construction in 1874 in Midland railway's quest for access to Scotland.

Billathon, Christina Sonnenschein, Sylvain Wiart, and 2 other people have particularly liked this photo
