Yes, it’s a bloomin’ fence behind those iris!

This photo was taken by a Kowa/SIX medium format camera with a KOWA 1:2.8/85mm lens mounted on a T/3 extension tube and Kowa L1A ø67 filter using Fuji 160NS film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.

Irises fascinate me: from a furled up "lance" to a complex "pavilion" worthy of the most imaginative architect! These must grow in a sheltered place. Mine are still only making leaves at this time!
