Life seems to be full of irritations lately!! And, I have fallen way behind with ipernity. I think I need to set aside regular times to spend here on ipernity where ip members are considerate, nice, fun and normal :-)))

This shot is from back in the Archives. This very talented lady was entertaining the shoppers in Cornmarket Street, Oxford. I think it was quite sad that everyone in my photo seems to be ignoring her.

A slightly obscure link for 'Sight and Sound' comes to mind and that is "We're All Alone" by Rita Coolidge :-)

Ah, this is such a good example of what happens to the street performers. I think they get ignored a lot. I remember this when I lived in the city. At least you paid attention to her. :)

I hope life's irritations go away soon or at least you get a break from them soon (seems they never go away totally.)

I forgot all about his song and it gave me chills seeing and hearing her singing it. She's so pretty and she has such a nice voice. A brilliant combination, my amigo. :)

Thank you very much, Karen :-) Yes, it is a beautiful song. And, a gorgeous performance. Somewhere :-) ......I do have a couple of Rita's albums and I must go in search of them!

I remember in1976 we played his album "Silk Degrees" along with so many other good ones that were released that year. Good memories. :)
