Kop Hill Climb 2012

Kop Hill Climb 2012
A shot from last year's Kop Hill Climb.

I would have liked there to have been a bit more space around the car. But, you only see the cars coming out of the trees and bushes at the last split second so it is not always possible to achieve better composition. Well, that's my excuse and I am sticking to it :-))

Sylvain Wiart, have particularly liked this photo

It would have been nice to have a bit more space round the car, but none
the less very good. Is the blurring natural ?

Thank you very much, Michael. Yep, the blurring is natural. I didn't really know what the end result would be :-) This part of the Hill Climb track is very much in amongst the trees and bushes. Getting a good exposure setting is a bit hit and miss for me :-) I set the camera to Aperture Priority and the camera chose 1/20 sec for me!! It's more accidental than planned but I think I quite like the blurring :-)))

Even this pic is not extremly red as the rules of the group want it too be, it is extreme and it is red, therefor: Welcome to EXTREM ROT!
