Dordt in Stoom 2012 – Steam tractor of Heinrich Lanz

The Heinrich Lanz company was founded in 1859. It produced the first tractors in 1878. Later it also produced the famous Lanz Bulldog tractors with hot bulb engines. The Heinrich Lanz company was sold to John Deere in 1956. Lanz was used as a brand name until 1967.

Dordt in Stoom is the largest steam festival in Europe. It is held every two years at Dordrecht, the Netherlands. Ships, trains, rollers, tractors, machines, all powered by steam and a variety of other old stuff.
