Cooking a simple Indonesian curry 14
Let simmer for at least an hour. Best to let it simmer for a couple of hours. Stir occasionally. If it gets to dry, add a bit of water. The sauce must thicken, so don't overdo the water and keep the heat low.

Serve with rice. Remove the sereh before serving.
