Former City Hall of Amsterdam
The Dutch royals, the house of Orange, took hold of this building in 1815, forcing Amsterdam to build a new City Hall. The royals don't live here, but leave it empty for most of the year. It was built between 1648 and 1665 by Jacob van Campen.
It is a very popular spot for tourists.
