A superb photo, considering it was most likely taken through a glass case.
That is some hoard and I guess one of those coins would have been more than a years income for most people in the 2nd century.

Yes, glass is always tricky. In the 2nd century a Roman legionary soldier would earn the equivalent of 9 of these per annum. And they were relatively well paid. Among the common people you could well be right about their income.
