I'm not familiar with this POV, But I have spotted the smallest house in Wales.

It was taken from an abutment on the far side of the road bridge with a telephoto lens. I suspect that they painted the Smallest House bright red (its last occupant, if he were alive today, would be turning in his grave) to draw attention to it - they charge an entrance fee.
