Regal Princess at Southampton - 21 June 2021
In a manner entirely befitting the now tedious pandemic, the rain fell on everyone's solstice parade from one end of the day to the other. The cruise industry was getting back to its feet but unusual visitor Regal Princess, which had arrived on 19 June 2021 would depart on the 21st only for another coast hugging experience. Rain cannot always be allowed to hinder photography so I pressed on with my sortie but was mildly annoyed to find the waste disposal vessel Seagreen alongside after the cruise ship had been in port for a couple of days.
