Provincial Society Ale & Ride (1) - 1 January 2020

On New Years Day 2020, The Provincial Society operated an Ale & Ride event from Gosport and Fareham Bus Stations using a number of preserved vehicles. The first to arrive at Gosport, a little before 11am, was the unique Wadham Stringer bodied ACE Cougar H523CTR, formerly no. 3 of People's Provincial.

I don't think the grim setting of Gosport's shabby bus station has changed much - except to deteriorate - since People's Provincial actually operated. I was also surprised to note that First was operating no service.
