DVT 82205 at Kings Cross (1) - 28 July 2019

This is a 'last chance to see' sort of photograph. DVT 82205, seen here at Kings Cross, (and Class 91 locomotive 91101) were revinyled in 2015 to mark the then latest incarnation of the famous Flying Scotsman service. The LNER titles have since replaced those of predecessor Virgin.

The service runs southbound with one stop only, at Newcastle, and there is no northbound equivalent. LNER's Azuma units took over the service on 1 August 2019.
