Chale at Castries (1) - 13 March 2019

The Viking Sea had made a very slow approach to her berth at Castries, St. Lucia but it was still early. One of the first sights to greet me was the tug 'Chale' which I photographed in almost exactly the same spot and almost exactly five years ago. The tug was instantly memorable and one of the comforts on what tends to be an intense itinerary in the Caribbean (an island a day) is to revisit some locations and thus be slightly more relaxed than in somewhere completely new.
