Crossing Churchill Way (1) - 21 June 2018
The architecture of much of Basingstoke can only be described as stark. Nowhere is this more evident than when viewing The Malls shopping centre from Churchill Way East and Church Street. The footbridge across Churchill Way is grimly utilitarian and the exterior of The Malls could be a prison or latter day fortress.
