A Portrait of Port Everglades (9) - 4 March 2018
This picture is part of a new series depicting Port Everglades, the busy port of Fort Lauderdale. As is usual with ports these days, access is not easy and viewpoints are limited. My pictures, then, are by no means all portraits, as I would prefer, but a record of the port at work.
On the first weekend of March 2018, the Sunday was slightly quieter than the previous day but this view still features four ships. They are (l-r) Holland America Eurodam, Costa Deliziosa, the homeported Allure of the Seas and Regal Princess.
Berthing and sailing information is as follows:
Eurodam, berth 21, arrived from Key West, departing to Puerto Plata
Costa Deliziosa, berth 19, arrived from Cozumel, departing to Nassau
Allure of the Seas, berth 18, arrived from Cozumel, departing to Nassau
Regal Princess, berth 02, arrived from Cozumel, departing to Princess Cays
