The A380 at SFO (11) - 23 April 2016

As of April 2016, there are several operators of the A380 into San Francisco. These include Air France, British Airways [on its second flight of the day (BAW/BA287/286)], Lufthansa and Emirates which flies direct to Dubai.

Here, Emirates A380-800 A6-EOM with a 'United for Wildlife' special scheme, is seen holding short of runway 01R during a busy departure session before crossing to the International Terminal at the end of its flight (UAE/EK225) from Dubai. The aircraft frames Air France A380-800 F-HPJC which was on turnround prior to operating AFR/AF83 to Paris.
