Pencarrow Head (lower light) - 27 February 2015
One of the sights on the beautiful approach to Wellington, North Island is the Pencarrow Head lighthouse. A clifftop light is the older of two and was decommissioned in 1935 whilst the lower light (1906), seen here in the early morning, is in use today.
