Rain Cloud Sculpture (2) - 4 November 2014

Although I had visited El Paseo in Palm Desert only the previous afternoon, at least two new pieces had arrived on the median in the meantime. I could see no attribution for this rain cloud sculpture and, unusually, I could still smell paint.
