Streetcars of Toronto (4) - 23 October 2014
Streetcars (as they are known in Toronto) are operated by the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). The mainstay of the fleet is currently the CLRV (Canadian Light Rail Vehicle) which was manufactured by UTDC (Urban Transportation Development Corporation), a forerunner of Bombardier.
These vehicles are being phased out with the introduction, from 2014, of the Flexity Outlook LRV.
4044 is seen on Queens Quay W (at Lower Simcoe Street) on an westbound 509 (Harbourfront) service.
