4-VEP at Clapham Junction (1) - 25 September 2013

A short trip from Vauxhall to Clapham Junction was intended to revive old memories and did so in an unexpected way with the sight of the beautiful 4-VEP (Class 423) 3417. Originally 7717, this unit was numbered 3017 and, subsequently, 3417 in successive modifications. It now runs in preservation as hauled stock. (I remember 4-VEPs being delivered new).
