Once again I am unable at the time of posting to find an attribution for this sculpture at the entrance in Cagnes-sur-Mer to the Hippodrome de la Côte d'Azur. Given the unusual design of the piece, I imagine I can be forgiven, at least temporarily, the pun......or should that be 'double entendre'?
