I missed the departure of the 1300 steam train by just a couple of minutes but was very pleased by the arrival very soon thereafter of this Birmingham R&CW Class 104 dmu, driving motor composite M50528 (nearer camera) + driving motor brake M50454. It appeared to be engaged on driver training duties.
