Ursa Major

Ursa Major
The Big Dipper or the Plough is a large asterism consisting of seven bright stars of the constellation Ursa Major; six of them are of second magnitude and one, Megrez, of third magnitude. Four define a "bowl" or "body" and three define a "handle" or "head". It is recognized as a distinct grouping in many cultures.

Toz great start the hardest part is focus. If you know you are going to use this lens at night in the day focus on a very long distance TAPE the lens that way your lens is set for night. Tripod and self timer to set camera off so you are not touching the camera time and exposure just about perfect... I do hope you get the chance to try again and refine your technique.
