Quizá tengamos el mismo método. Cuando dejé de fumar el 2/5/2013 dejé en el cajón de mi mesa medio paquete de Whiston y creo que sigue por ahí, así evitaba la ansiedad que produce la falta de algo habitual. El antídoto está en nuestra cabeza, para dejarlo basta ser testarudo con uno mismo y quizá un poco masoquista, “gano yo o gana el tabaco”.
