My thought was something on the lens, but... No clouds (and well below zero) so no rain, focus point is some distance away on f5.6, so why would it be in focus, and why so round...
Of course I could have just got rid of it, but I thought more interesting to puzzle over it!

There are several water marks to be found Peter, my guess is that they are from cleaning the lens at some stage. Perhaps you are edging towards a new Galaxy! Have a good weekend
