One grand daughter turns "Seventeen"...:) She's a Star to us...:)
This 17 y/o granddaughter modeled 2 dresses in a recent school fashion show, I used 2 of the photos that I took, cut them down and made them a part of her birthday cake. She Loved it :))) I do love surprising my 3 "grands" with the cakes I do for them :)))

Hey dear Steve. Yes Yes, time has flown by waaaay to fast for these 3 grands of ours ! well, even so for our two sons, their dads !! Im so glad you have indeed watched them grow up with me as i posted their years of Birthday Cakes :))) it is so much fun....

AAAH dear Nick, what a kind, thoughtful comment here. Greatly appreciated... she did love this cake Nick, it was a mix of chocolate and vanilla :)) yes it was !~~~~ yum yum :)) well, she does appreciate me Nick and does not hesitate to convey that. she is kind, sweet and thoughtful. and she is beginning to have the "boys" notice her... OH GOODNESS :)))) her dad is gonna need a shotgun:)))) he is a Deputy Sheriff so there will be no lack of observation)) hee hee!!
She laughs about dad being Captain in the Sheriff's Office...:)))) such fun :))))

OH goodness, Peter, Ive missed this very nice comment until now !! :((( I so apologize !! Thank you so much for your kind comment on the cake and this sweet grand daughter of ours. Yep she did so well in the fashion show, but her main hobby that she does extremely well, is DANCING!
She takes lessons several times a week and ALSO teaches dance to younger dancers. !!
