well Herb, I took this in the middle of the season, while Christmas was still in full bloom :)) but things now back to normal with cold air upon us now, after a very mild / warm Christmas.

Hello Andy, well there are several traditions here about all that, but here with us, we usually have it all down by the New Year Day.... I grew up with folks saying IT WAS bad luck to leave Christmas stuff up into the New Year. so guess what? Mine is all down :)))

Very nice picture! I really like the way the hanging green chains echo the catenary curve of the top of the fence posts.

Hi Peter, I see you looked very carefully at the detail here. I agree with you, It is so well done.. This home is not far from me, but is closer to our Country Club (Golf Course) than we are, but we are not far away Peter:) Do not ever worry about "slightly late", I do that myself, as it can't be helped here with me, I am always quite busy!!
