I am not sure if this is OUCH or Mmmmmm dear Sarah as i am sure i could avoid the spikes long enough to eat this lovely pinapple :))

YEAH I Know Steve:) I purchased this JUST for a table decor'...since a pineapple means "welcome".....but YES pineapple is so good, and this one is probably really good and ripe by now. We are going to cut into it and see what we can salvage from it. :) Its was just a little "ouch" thing for this 3 photo series :) glad you came by to check it out. ROSA! I remember replying to your comment here, so I must have NOT clicked POST! Im sorry. We love pineapple as well Rosa, this one will be sliced now as we feel it is ripe enough. AND YES here the pineapple is a symbol for WELCOME.... just outside our entry way is a concrete pineapple about 2 1/2 feet tall that was a gift to us from some friends, we love it, and it helps us welcome folks. Wish Sophie had some of this Fresh pineapple :) thanks for your visit.
